Barbadelo, Spain - I had to remind myself today, "I love the mountains!" The uphill climbs will at times demand more breath than I think I have to give. The sightings of livestock give a little boost as we weave our way through the great hills. "Now I lay me down with cows", a prayer began in my head. The rest was funny but forgotten now. The fog has been thick and wet, and has brought an eerie beauty to the landscape and to our walk. Enjoying a little quiet while the others dine this evening. Sweet reverie. "My soul to keep...".

Holy Cow
